We are closed till January 29th

Unfortunately, a City Vet employee has tested positive for Covid and we will be following the CDC recommended guidelines which require us to close until January 29th. During this time the hospital will be thoroughly disinfected and all staff will be Covid tested before returning to work on the 29th.
How this will affect you:
1. If your pet has an appointment , procedure, surgery or tech appointment scheduled between now and then, you will be receiving a call or email from one of our staff members to reschedule. We will call you within the next few days so please do not contact us as there is no one onsite to answer the phones.
2. If your pet becomes ill or is experiencing an emergency, please contact BluePearl Veterinary Partners at 410 W 55th St, New York, NY 10019 ,(212) 767-0099 to have your pet seen there. They will contact us for records and we will promptly email them.
3. If you need to refill on your pet's medication, we will continue to approve your requests from our online pharmacy. Alternatively, if you need a medication immediately and it is one that can be called into a human pharmacy, please email us at admin@cityvetcare.com with your pet's name, medication you are requesting and the phone number of the pharmacy you would like us to call.
4. If you have any questions or requests for us or your pets Doctor, please email us at admin@cityvetcare.com
5. If your pet is currently hospitalized with us, Dr. Kaplan will be in touch with you for updated and continued care.
